Data of The plain and dynamic triple-phase enhanced image of region of interest (ROI) reconstructed including multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), Curved Planar Reformations (CPR), and volume rending (VR) and other treatment, morphological features of the nodules, nodules and bronchial, vascular bundle of relations were emphasis and enhancement value of nodules in pulmonary phase,aortic phase, delay phase were analyzed, and then benign and malignant nodules were diagnosed. The findings were compared with surgery, biopsy and pathological follow-up results pathology. Benign and malignant nodules in the diagnosis rate were Analysed and compared by two separate observations of ordinary axial images and reconstructed images and the reconstructed image combined dynamic enhanced images.Results1. Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface reorganization (CPR), volume rendering (VR) in the display of malignant nodules (except metastases) lobulation, spicule sign, pleural retraction, bubble sign was better than normal axial image (P<0.05). Benign nodules reconstructed image in the lobulation, spicule sign, pleural retraction, vacuole sign with normal axial images showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Malignant nodules in lobulation, spicule sign, pleural retraction, the appearance of vacuole sign area was significantly higher than benign nodules, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Reconstructed images show nodules and bronchial, vascular bundle relations much better than normal axial images (P<0.05). Different type relationship of Nodules and blood vessels, bronchial has important significance in benign and malignant differentiation.3. Routine CT of benign nodules arid malignant nodules value of the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). the net increased CT value of benign nodules group was significantly higher than it of lung cancer group in the pulmonary phase, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the net increased CT value between the two groups in the aortic phase was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the net increased CT value between the two groups in the delay phase was statistically significant difference (P <0.05), benign group was higher than lung cancer.4. Reading the piece by two separate observations of ordinary axial images and reconstructed images and the reconstructed image combined dynamic enhanced images, the diagnosis rate of 55.8%,72.7%和88.3%. Ordinary axial images and reconstructed images found statistically significant differences between rates (P<0.05); reconstructed image and the reconstructed image combined dynamic enhanced images was statistically significant difference between rates(P<0.05).ConclusionMore signs and dynamic enhanced of 64-slice CT is Significance in benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodule...
