The Intervention Study Of Auricular-plaster Single Point And The Relevant Points On 24-hour Blood Pressure Variability Of Patients With Essential Hypertension

Objective:To observe intervention of auricular-plaster single points and the relevant points on 24-hour blood pressure variability of patients with Essential Hypertension (EH).Method:60 cases with EH were randomly divided into two groups,and separately treated with two prescriptions:auricular-plaste single point and the relevant points.Observe for 24-hours,day-time, night-time average of the three periods of SBP and DBP and BPV and observe the changes in BPCR.Results:Auricular-plaster the relevant points have the long-term antihypertensive effect more obviously; Auricular-plaster the relevant points can improve 24hSSD,24hDSD,dSSD,dDSD,nDSD and the effect was superior to auri cula r-plaster single point group; auricular-plaster single point group can improve 24hSSD,24h D SD,dSSD,dDSD. Auricular-plaster the relevant points is superior to single points in improving the diurnal vari ation in patients with Essential Hypertension. Conclusion: Auricular-plaster the relevant points can decrease the ABPM of EH patients, improve 24hSSD,24hDSD,dSSD,dDSD,nDSD and refect BPCR of EH patients.
