In order to prepare chitosan-based wound-dressing of simple formula and good performance,the film was prepared by casting and freeze-drying.To integrate the appearance of membrane, water vapor permeation, water absorbance, pH, we got the formula and the conditions by the research. During the research,we gained the effect of different formula and conditions on the performance of membrance.The structure and properties were characterized by SEM(scanning electron microscopy),IR(Infrared Absorption spectroscopy)and TGA(thermogravimetric analysis).Besides,add rare earth elements to the solution to improve the antibacterial property of film.The effect of Ce content on water absorbance, vapor permeation,and antibacterial property were investigated.The results showed that modification of membrane surface has litter effect on water absorbance and water vapor permeation,but it can enhance the mechanical property and antibacterial property of the composite film.Besides, the antibacterial performance of composite membrane has been studied. It indicated that both of the wound-dressing membranes, made by two techniques, can resist the invasion of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli by the in vitro bacterium permeability experiment.
