| ObjectiveTo research the effect of silkworm chrysalis oil on apoprotein and lipid-metabolize-enzyme level of hyperlipidemia rats,and investigate the mechanism of how to regulate the blood lipids.Methods1. Silkworm chrysalis oil was extracted by combination of microwave extraction technology and urea adduction fractionation. Silkworm chrysalis oil riches in unsaturated fatty acids such as a-linolenic acid, linoleic acid. And the levels of unsaturated fatty acids were higher than pupa oil which was extracted by traditional methods.2. A total of 60 male SD rats were equally randomized into 6 group by weight: normal control group, high-fat control group, low,medium and high dose of silkworm chrysalis oil group, purple perilla seed oil positive control group, and feeding them with corresponded feedstuff., after building a high-lipid model, observing TG, TCH, HDL,LDL, ApoA I, ApoB, LCAT, HL, LPL level in the blood every two week, then killing the rats in the sixth week, observing LPL, HL level in the liver.Results â‘ After giving silkworm chrysalis oil treatment, it can significantly reduce serum TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoB and increase HDL-C, ApoAI, HL, LPL, LCAT levels in the rats.â‘¡The changes of apolipoprotein and lipid metabolic enzyme are earlier than the lipid and lipoprotein in the rats.â‘¢Silkworm chrysalis oil can reduce the dose of serum TG level and also have dose dependence.â‘£Conpared with the positive (purple perilla) control group,the silkworm chrysalis oil is better in control the lipid level.ConclusionThe silkworm chrysalis oil can regulate the plasma lipids and lipoprotein level in the blood by activating apoprotein and correlated lipid-metabolized-enzyme, thereby to treat the hyperlipidemia. |
