Changes Of Serum And Urinary SFlt-1 To PLGF Ratio In Preeclampsia Pregnant Women | | Posted on:2012-12-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:M Feng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2154330332496071 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | objective:To investigate the changes of serum and urinary soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1( sFlt-1)to placental growth factor(PLGF) ratio in preeclampsia pregnant women, and to study the relationship between the levels and the degree of preeclampsia, and to identify whether the level of PLGF and sFlt-1 in urine is significantly correlative with those in serum .Methods :Women enrolled prospectively infollowing groups : women with mild preeclampsia(mPE,n=25),women with severe preeclampsia(sPE,n=20),and healthy pregnant control (CTR,n=20).The serum and urinary sFlt-1/ PLGF ratio were measured by enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA),and to identify whether the level of PLGF and sFlt-1 in urine is significantly correlative with those in serum from 65 pregnant women .Results :The serum and urinary sFlt-1/ PLGF ratio in women with mPE compared with sPE and CTR groups were significantly difference (p<0.05).The urinary PLGF and sFlt-1 level were significantly correlative with those in serum. Conclusion :The degree of Preeclampsia is associated with the serum and urinary level of sFlt-1/ PLGF ratio. The sFlt-1/ PLGF ratio in urine may be used to study the connection between PE and sFlt-1/ PLGF ratio instead of serum sFlt-1/ PLGF ratio, and that can be used as a predictive marker for preeclampsia. The measurement of sFlt-1 in combination with PLGFmay distinguish women who subsequently develop preeclampsia from women who remain normotensive during pregnancy. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Preeclampsia, Placental growth factor(PLGF), Soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1( sFlt-1) | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
