Objective:Sciatic nerve injury at different times is given rapamycin,Observing the repair of sciaticnerve regeneration.Methods:A total of 24 healthy Wistar rats,which divided into four groups, were prepared to the rightsciatic nerve crush injury model. A group (the control group 6h) received CMC, B group (6htreatment group) received rapamycin, C group (the control group 24h) received CMC, D group(24h treatment group) received rapamycin,four groups according to (1 mg / (kg ? d)) continuousapplication of 7 days,N=6. In the sciatic nerve function after 6 weeks test (SFI),neurophysiological test for histological examination.Results:Factorial design analysis of variance showed that:The main effect of group difference wasstatistically significant,Differences between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),Treatment group, SFI, m / s, mv measured values higher than the SFI, m / s, mvmeasurements,ms drug group than the control group measurements ms measurements; maineffect of time difference also was statistically significant ( P <0.05),6 hours SFI, m / s, mvmeasured values higher than 24 hours of SFI, m / s, mv measurements,6 hours less thanthe measured values ms ms 24-hour measurements; Interaction between group and time arealso significant (P <0.05), that the control group and drug group SFI, m / s, mv, ms measurementtrends over time are inconsistent.Conclusion:systemic application of rapamycin have neuroprotective effects, which can accelerate nerverepair and functional recovery. (2) 6h after nerve injury rapamycin to promote nerve regenerationand functional recovery is better than 24h.
