Fructus schisandrae is frequently used traditional Chinesemedicine, with convergence solid astringent, yiqi carambola, kidney function, calmingmedicinal value high. Previous research found edible nuts alcohol extract (FS)FructusShisandrae, and its effective monomer fructus schisandrae armour hormone(Schisan - drinA) has reversed tumor more medicine drug-resistant activity, can greatlyimprove the resistance of tumor cells of sensitivity.Objective: To investigate the reversal effect of SchB on bladder tumormultidrug resistance(MDR). .Methods: Recovery T24/ADM bladder cancer cells and drug resistance wasdetected The reversal effect of SchB on multidrug resistance was determined by MTTmethod. The drug efflux functionof R-123 was studied by flow cytometry.Results: SchB obviously increased the cytotoxicity of ADM to the cell lineT24/ADM(P<0.05),the RI was 4.11, SchB effectively inhibited the efflux function ofR-123(P<0.05).Conclusion: SchB reversesed MDR effectively by inhibiting the drug effluxfunction of P-glycoprotein.
