Clinicopathological Significance Of Theexpression Of E-cad And Apoptosis Protein In Gastric Carcinoma

[Objective] To investigate the relationship of survivin and Fas expression with E-cad in the gastric cance and its association with clinical pathological significance.[Methods] The expression of E-cad,survivin and Fas in the gastric carcinoma patients was detected by strep tavidin -peroxidase immunohistochemical method in conjunction with analysis of the clinical data. Ten normal gastric tissues were used as control group.[Results]1.The gray value of E-cad protein which expressed in normal gastric tissues and the high, medium and poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma were 59.40±36.235,161.33±14.908,177.67±14.583,193.73±38.145.The gray value of Fas protein in the normal gastric tessues and the high,medium and poorly differentiated gastric cancer were 107.60±41.684 150.67±14.927,166.47±13.907,183.33±30.928; and the Survivin protein's expression in the normal gastric tessues and the high,medium and poorly differentiated gastric cancer were 162.40±35.924,71.60±14.126,56.60±17.283,62.27±29.666.2. In the High, medium and poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma group,the expression of E-cad Fas protein are relevant. The Correlation coefficient were r=0.973, r=0.915, r=0.977. And in these three differentiated gastric cancer group,the E-cad protein expression compared with the Survivin protein expression are relevant too.[Conclusions] The exp ression of E-cad and fas was associated with the histological grades,they has no relation. It pointed that there was different pathway in gastric carcinoma. Their rates has the Significant difference between of the High differentiation and Poorly differentiated. E-cad and surviving has positive relation. There were a negative correlation in the fas and survivin. It pointed that there was different pathway in gastric canse apoptosis. But the correlation between the express of Differentiation was not correlated to the histological grades.
