Clinical Observation Of Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction On Quality Of Life Of Patients InⅢ Or Ⅳ Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction in improving quality of life of patients with Lung Cancer in III or IV stge,and to realize whether it can stabilize the size of tumour.Methods:The 57 cases of non-surgical indications or unwilling to accept surgical treatment III, IV lung cancer patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(C),Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine group(CW) and Western medicine group(W),19 patients in each group. C take Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction,CW and Western Medicine group take Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction and Chemotherapy, W Simply use chemotherapy.3 weeks for a course, and lasted for 2 courses.To observate Changes in the datas of Fact-L Form before the treatment,3 week and 6week after the treatment, and to mearsure the size of tumour by cheast CT before and after treatment.Results:1. FACT-L scale:Three groups of social and family situation and the physician-patient relationship plates compared with those before treatment and after treatment are no significant difference(P>0.05). In plate area of the physical condition,C and CW Superior to W after 3 weeks(P<0.05).C Superior Slightly to CW,but this is no significant significantly difference (P>0.05);C and CW Superior to W after 6 weeks(P<0.05).CW Superior Slightly to C,but this is no significant significantly difference(P>0.05). In plate area of the Emotional status,C Superior toW after3weeks(P<0.05),CW Superior to W after3 weeks(P<0.01),C W Superior Slightly to C,but this is no significant significantly difference(P>0.05);C and CW Superior to W after 6weeks(P<0.01). CW Superior Slightly to C,but this is no significant difference(P>0.05). In plate area of the Functional status,C and CW Superior to W after 3 weeks(P<0.05).CW Superior Slightly to C,but this is significantly difference(P>0.05);CW Superior to C after 6 weeks(P<0.05),C Superior to W after 6 weeks(P<0.01). In plate area of the Additional concerns,C and CW Superior to W after 3 weeks(P<0.05).C Superior Slightly to CW,but there is nosignificantly difference(P>0.05);C and CW Superior to W after 6weeks(P<0.01). CW Superior Slightly to C,but there is significantly differenc(P>0.05).2.The size of tumour:The index of stability of C is 68%, The index of stability of CW is 84%, The index of stability of W is 79%,CW is the optimum.Conclusion:1.Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction can significantly improve quality of life in patients with lung cancer inâ…¢orâ…£stage in plate area of the physical condition, the Emotional status, the Functional status and the Additional concerns.2.Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction have the function of stabilizing the size of tumour,thereby to improve quality of life in patients with lung cancer inâ…¢orâ…£stage indirectly.
