Research And Clinical Observations Of The Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Acute Episode Period Patients Treated By Huatan Quyu Tang

Objective:To rearch the effection of Huatan QuyuTang use in gerontisn pneumocaridal disease acute episode period patients.Methods:60 patients suffering from acute episode period patients were randomly divided into the treament group,and control group,both were treaded for 7 days,All the patients in two group were given the same routine treatment of the conventional treatment of western,the treament group use HuaTanQuYuTang on basic treatment,while the control group use DanShen injection and JinQiaoMai piece,and then being compared with their Symptoms and physical signs after treatment.Results:The total effective rate is 90.00%;while the control group is 73.3%,There was significant difference in the total effective rate between both groups(P<0.05).All accompanied signs snd sumptoms improved(p<0.05),There was significant difference in the total effective rate between both groups(P<0.05).the treament group could improve the Perfluorocarbon on Breath,the hemorheology indicators and the blood gas analysis,is better than that of the control group(p<0.05). Concluction:The research indicated that Huatan Quyu Tang could improve clinical symptoms and signs,to improve hemodynamic status,promote the rehabilitation of the Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease acute episode period patients,improve the Perfluorocarbon on Breath,the hemorheology indicators and the blood gas analysis.
