| Objective:This study was Yiqihuoxue method astragalus, panax notoginseng injection combined with methotrexate, leflunomide, nimesulide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis clinical observations, combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of RA mechanism of the effect and some effect.Methods:60 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly assigned to treatment group (30 cases), the control group (30 cases), the control group leflunomide, methotrexate, nimesulide. The treatment group to the astragalus, panax notoginseng injection, were added to 250ml normal saline infusion; western medicine with the control group. Observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, signs, ESR, CRP, MMP-3, and other indicators, TCM points changes.Result:1. Comparison of Clinical Efficacy:the treatment group, the total effective rate was 90%, markedly effective rate was 43.3%; the control group, the total efficiency of 80%, markedly effective rate was 13.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Comparative efficacy of TCM syndrome:the efficiency of the treatment group were 66.7%, control group, markedly effective rate was 40%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).2. Pain (VAS) score and the experimental index comparison:the treatment group compared the two groups after treatment pain (VAS) score, ESR, CRP, MMP-3 were improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); the treatment group and control group between the two groups, the treatment group in pain (VAS) score, ESR, CRP, MMP-3 to improve on are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion:The combined Yiqihuoxue Method methotrexate, leflunomide, Nimesulide could significantly improve the rheumatoid arthritis clinical efficacy, TCM curative effects, significant improvement in ESR, CRP, MMP-3, and other indicators.
