Objectives:1.To observe distribution characteristics of four traditional Chinese medicine's physical examinations on the effects of chronic severe hepatitis B patient information.2.Observe patients with chronic severe hepatitis on traditional Chinese medicine damp-heat syndrome, splenasthenic syndrome, symptom integral calculus of blood stasis syndrome, total score correlation with disease stage, effects and prognosis dependablity; 3.Observe the relationship between three kinds of evidence-based symptom scores, the course of disease and western medicine indicators.4.Observe the relationship between three kinds of evidence-based symptom scores change, the synchronous western medicine indicators and prognosis dynamically.Methods:1.Use descriptive statistics to analyze and study the distribution of patients with chronic severe hepatitis who meet the inclusion requirements on signs, tongue and the other four traditional Chinese medicine's physical examinations.2.With jaundice as the disease name, hot and humid Spleen and blood as the basic card stasis type, damp-heat syndrome, spleen deficiency, blood stasis of their respective quantization table as the standard TCM symptoms, observe the relativity of Damp-heat points, spleen deficiency symptom score, blood stasis symptom score, total score differences and slow re-staging effects and prognosis of liver disease in 31 cases of patients.3.Observe the relationship between three kinds of evidence-based symptom scores and the synchronous western medicine indicators in the same disease process and different disease process;4.Describe the symptom score on three patients and western medicine indicators in the course of dynamic changes of 0,2,4,6,8-week prognosis by the curve form.Results:1.Hot and humid, blood stasis and spleen deficiency symptoms are more common in four traditional Chinese medicine's physical examinations of patients with severe hepatitis B information in traditional Chinese medicine.2. According to the multiple correlation analysis, scores of hot and humid symptoms in the early stage patients are higher than middle/late stage patients(p<0.05);scores of blood stasis symptoms are lower than middle/late stage (p<0.05);3.To the early stage patients, the later that scores of blood stasis symptoms with disease prognosis, the worse (P<0.05);to the middle/late stage patients, the higher score of blood stasis symptoms and spleen symptoms, the worse of prognosis (P<0.05).4.In disease process and different observing points, the improvement of spleen vacuity symptoms have statistically significant values(P<0.05).In different disease process, scores of Chinese medical symptoms are higher than other ineffective therapy group;Patients with symptoms improved in each group have longer course;those who don't improve or add to those short course and poor prognosis have shorter course.5.In the course of late symptoms of heat invalid group, patients did not change significantly. Spleen symptoms increase than before. Conclusions:The basic pathogenesis of chronic severe hepatitis is toxicity for the damp-heat stasis and spleen deficiency. The essence of disease is sexually-oriented virtual and real standard.Symptoms in the early stage patients have damp heat. In the middle and late stage patients have blood stasis and spleen deficiency syndrome;blood stasis and spleen deficiency syndrome of the severity are closely related to the chronic severe hepatitis'prognosis. This can guide the prevention and improvement of the clinical symptoms in patients with appropriate conditions to facilitate recovery.
