| Objective: According to observing the study on treatment of chronic pyelonephritis with iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of Yi Shen Hua Yu Decoction at renal region we can testify the treatment method's effectiveness .Method: 60 patients with chronic pyelonephritis were openly divided into two groups: Based on the routine treatment , 30 patients in the compare group were treated with Jinshuibao capsule oral intake and Lulutong solution quiescent point; Based on the compare group, 30 CPN patients in the treatments group were treated with iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of Yi Shen Hua Yu Decoction at renal region. We observed the influence on routine urine analysis and urine bacteriologic examination,the index of immune function(IgG,IgM,IgA,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+)and the long term treatment result of these two treatment method of CPN patient.Results: (1) Iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of Yi Shen Hua Yu Decoction at renal region is obviously better than the compare group on improve the index of immune function (T LymPh cells of peripheral b1ood,serum immune globulin), and the curative effect of long-term. (P﹤0.05) (2) The recovery rate of the iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of Yi Shen Hua Yu Decoction at renal region group is obviously higher than the compare group ,the treatment failure rate and the recurrent rate of the iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of Yi Shen Hua Yu Decoction at renal region group is obviously lower than the compare group.Conclusion: iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of Yi Shen Hua Yu Decoction at renal region can obviously improve the cellular immune function and the humeral Immune function of the CPN Patients, strengthen the body's anti-inefection ability, lower the relapse or repeated attack. So iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of Yi Shen Hua Yu Decoction at renal region has a good long-term treatment result, is benefit for the long-term treatment result of this disease.
