Analysis Of Influential Factors Of The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Primaryh Epaticc Arcinoma

Purpose:To investigate the quality of life(QOL)and analyze influential factors of patients with primaryh epaticc arcinoma in hospital and provide theoretical basis for nursing intervention in clinical medicine.Methods:By convenient sampling,from May of 2009-2010 a total of 72 advanced patients with primaryh epaticc arcinoma of Xijiang tumor hospital were investigated by filling out questionnaires,including QOL (WHOQOL-BREF),SSRS,self-defined questionnaire containing A demographic information form and A clinical disease information form.All the data obtained in the field investigation were statistically analyzed by computer with the software package SPSS13.0 for windows. Descriptives, t-test, ANOVA,linear correlation and multiple linear regression were performed. Results:General demographic data analysis:the average age of the respondents is 55.01±10.81. Male:female=2.7:1. Married people accounted for 93.06%, lunar income above 1000 yuan is 72.22%, in medical treatment fee,patients have found in payment only 8%,Recent events in the life without major life has 76.39%.Compare with normal people,the QOL of living cancer patients had lowerscore.The total score of QOL of advanced living cancer patients was (87.99±11.52).(3)Results of ANOVA show that there are significant difference Pathologic stage Physical condition classification degree of literacy,source of medical expenses,family address,clinical stage,of QOL of patients with advanced gastric cancer.(4)Results of correlation analysis show that there are positively related to objective supports,subjective supports,social support availability,the score of social supports and the total score ofQOL(p<0.01).(5)Multiple stepwise regression analysis reveal that the major factors related to the quality of life with Liver cancer patients include Pathologic stage(p=0.005.p<0.01), Physical condition classification (p=0.005.p<0.01)degree of literacy(p=0.001,p<0.01).Source of medical expenses (p=0.001.p<0.01). Conclusion:(1)The QOL of Liver cancer patients is poor.We must take some measures to work out this problem.(2)Many factors can influence the QOL of Liver cancer patients,including demographic information and clinical disease information.But one of the main influential factors is Physical condition classification and treatment method, stage, medical expenses sources, education, gender, age.
