The Isolation And Purification Of Active Components From Amomum Kravanh Pierre Ex Gagnep And Cinnamomum Cassia Presl Of A Traditional Detoxification Drug-Jitaipian

Nowadays, drug abuse not only disturbs the stability of society to a large extent but brings tremendous challenge to the medical community as well. Because of its unique pharmacologic effects, traditional Chinese medicine plays a significant role on drug addiction treatment. Especially, as a detoxification agent of traditional Chinese medicine, Jitaipian made of fifteen kinds of ingredients could prevent opiate dependents from relapsing and has good efficacy in controlling the withdrawal symptoms after detoxification. Whereas, active ingredients of Jitai tablets still remain unclear.This research focused on the study of Amomum kravanh Pierre ex Gagnep and Cinnamomum cassia Presl. Quality standards of Amomum kravanh Pierre ex Gagnep and Cinnamomum cassia Presl were studied according to relevant literatures. Optimal extraction technique was determined by orthogonal tests.5-hydroxy-3,7,4-trimethoxyflavone was separated from Amomum kravanh Pierre ex Gagnep by High Speed Counter-Current Chromatography(HSCCC) and has high purity of 99.09%. Two compounds of cinnamaldehyde and trans-Cinnamic acid were separated from the naphtha of Cinnamomum cassia Presl by column chromatography, with purity of 98.0% and 96.87% respectively.
