Research On Relationship Between Adiponectin And TCM Dialectical Type In Patients Of Hypertension

Objective:To observe the relationship between TCM dialectical type of hypertension and the adiponectin, a new protect factor of cardiovascular disease, then provide objective index for the diagnosis and TCM dialectical type of hypertension and provide evidence for the early intervention and treatment in patients of hypertension. Methods:With the awake self-moving high blood pressure big rat(SHR) to imitate the high risk group of hypertention, and it check against Kyoto kind the Wistar big rat(Wistar-Kyoto, WKY) for the research object. To adoption tail artery the capacity measure to measure their SBP while detect their serum adiponectin.Through observing the relationship between blood pressure and serum adiponectin,the protect function of adiponectin for hypertention can be investgated. Then 1900 people who joined the healthy physical examination were included in the study and were divided into two groups according to Chinese hypertension preventing and controlling guide 2005:hypertension group and healthy control group, then defered to the Guideline about clinical research of new traditional Chinese drugs, the hypertension group was divided into four groups:A group (Liver-fire group, randomly choose 25cases); B group (Yin-deficiency group, randomly choose 25cases); C group (Accumulation of Phlegm-Damp group, randomly choose 25cases); D group (Both-deficiency group, randomly choose 25cases);E group (healthy control group, randomly choose 25cases). All cases were recorded the sex, age, course of disease, complications, BMI, blood pressure, FPG, blood lipids and serum adiponectin. These can be used to observe the relativity between TCM dialectical type of hypertension and the adiponectin. Results:The concentration of serum adiponectin in the hypertension group is significant lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The concentration of serum adiponectin in Accumulation of Phlegm-Damp group is lower than Liver-fire group, Yin-deficiency group and Both-deficiency group (P<0.01). Conclusion:There is the dependability between adiponectin and TCM Dialectical Type.Adiponectin can be one of the objective index to TCM Dialectical Type.TCM dialectical type hypertension.
