The Effects Of GLU And GABA On Spiral Ganglion Of Inner EAR In Guineapigs When Sodium Salicylate Was Injected Intraperitoneally After Unilatera Coc-Alea Was Destroyed Respectively

Objective: To obzerve the effects of GLU and GABA on spiral ganglion of inner ear in guinea pigs and explore the significance when Sodium salicylate was injected intraperitoneally after unilatera cocalea was destroyed respectively.Methods: abnormol auditory preception guinea pigs were removed before experiment.Sixty-four healthy guinea pigs were employed in experiment and divided randomly into four groups,sixteen pigs in each groups:GroupⅠ: blank control group (the normal guinea pigs without any administration) GroupⅡ: only surgery GroupⅢ: Sodiumsalicylate only (300mg/kg.d) GroupⅣ: Sodium salicylate (300mg/kg.d) +surgery .The pigs in GroupⅠand GroupⅡwere injected with same quantity Normal salinein .killed the guinea pigs when Sodium salicylate was injected intraperitoneally at15^th day,30^th day(after injected 15 days,stop injecting and observe 15 days ).The expressions of GABA and Glu in SGC were examined with immunohistochemical method. All animals were injected penicillin intramuscular after surgery. (1.6 million units/kg/d,once each day,for 1 week. )The results: (1):when injected for 15 days,the quantity of GLU in right SGC in groupⅢwas more than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P﹤0.001,P﹤0.001);The difference between groupⅠand groupⅡwas not significant.the quantity of GLU in right SGC in groupⅣwas more than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P﹤0.001,P﹤0.001),The difference compared groupⅠand groupⅡwas significant.But The difference between groupⅣand groupⅢwas not significant.(2)when stopped injecting for 15 days, the quantity of GLU in right SGC in groupⅢwas more than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01);The difference between groupⅣand groupⅢwas not significant.the quantity of GLU in right SGC in groupⅣwas more than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P﹤0.001,P﹤0.001),The difference compared groupⅠand groupⅡwas significant.And the difference between groupⅣand groupⅢwas significant,too (P﹤0.05).(3)when injected for 15 days,the quantity of GABA in right SGC In groupⅢwas less than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.05);The difference between betweenⅠand groupⅡwas not significant.the quantity of GABA in right SGC in groupⅣwas less that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.01),The difference compared groupⅠand groupⅡwas significant.But The difference between groupⅣand groupⅢwas not significant (P﹥0.05).(4)When stopped injecting for 15 days, the quantity of GABA in right SGC in groupⅢcompared that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)was not significant;The difference between groupⅠand groupⅡwas not significant.the quantity of GABA in right SGC in groupⅣcompared that in groupⅠand groupⅡ,the difference was not significant.And the difference between groupⅣand groupⅢwas not significant,too.Conclusion : ( 1 ) When unilatera cocalea was destroyed respecttively, Sodium salicylate+surgery make the quantity of GLU increased Significantly,and when stopped injecting for 15 days, this change was still existed.(2)When unilatera cocalea was destroyed respectively, Sodium salicylate+surgery make the quantity of GABA decreased significantly,and when stopped injecting for 15 days,this change was disappeared.
