| Objective:the aim of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of arthroscopic debridement for patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis;to determine if the method is possible to decrease pain, increase range of motions and mobility,to explore facts on the effection the treatment of knee Osteoarthritis with arthroscopic debridement. Methods:the subjects of the study were patients who were diagnosed knee osteoarthritis(Kellgren-Lawrence classification) in the NO.2Hospital of Changzhi city peoples from January.2006 to January.2009.90 patients accepted the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopic debridement. All of the cases were examined by Lysholm scoring questionnaire pre-intervetion,after four week, after twelve week, after half year, and after one year,and.SPSS13.0 was utilized for statistical analysis. Results:there were 90 patients taking part in the study,70of them completed all of the follow-up.. Lysholm scores of all times were improved. There were significant differences between the scores of pre-intervetion and after four week(66.3), and between the scores of pre-intervetion and after twelve week(83.9),and between the scores of pre-intervetion and after half year(85.4), between the scores of pre-intervetion and after one year(72.0). The excellent rate after twelve week was 85.6%, the excellent rate after half year was 88.8%, The excellent rate after one year was 74.2%. recent effection was good than medium-term effection. Age, the time of suffering knee osteoarthritis, fat were possible to influence the effectiveness of arthroscopic debridement for patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis. Conclusions:Arthroscopic debridement were effected for patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis. Recent effection was good than medium-term effection. Age, the time of suffering knee osteoarthritis, fat were possible to influence the effectiveness of arthroscopic debridement for patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis. |
