Objective: To explore a new method for solving the registration and segmentation problems of the ultra-thin tomography slice image of normal fetal cardiac for further reconstruction of three-dimensional model of normal fetal cardiac structure and foundation.Methods: Firstly, based on the ultra-thin tomography slice image was carried out and projective distortion from each primary serial image was eliminated based on the centroid coordinates of every locating rods image. After that, the cross-sectional image was cropped with the same size according to the first rod spatial coordinate. Secondly, compare a variety of image segmentation methods. Finally, use photoshop software and complete the image segmentation.Results: To find a new method for solving the registration and segmentation problems of the ultra-thin tomography slice image of normal fetal cardiac for further reconstruction of three-dimensional model of normal fetal cardiac structure and foundation.Conclusion: Using photoshop software can be relatively accurately and quickly to complete segmentation problems of the ultra-thin tomography slice image of normal fetal cardiac.
