ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effect of propofol on myocardial injury in rats induced by acute liver ischemia reperfusion and the relationship between the effect and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.MethodsOne hundred and two male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:sham,I/R,P,P+LY,P+DMSO group. The cardiac tiss samples of each group was prepaired for determination of the expression of signal protein of PI3K-Akt system, such as t- Akt and p- Akt,by means of wester-blot.ResultsCompared with the Sham group, other groups of myocardial p-Akt expression and apoptosis rate increased,P+LY group the expression of Bcl-2 was no significant difference (P>0.05),other groups were significantly higher(P<0.05); and I / R group, P myocardial p-Akt and Bcl-2 upregulation, cardiomyocyte apoptosis rate decreased (P <0.05), P + LY myocardial p-Akt, Bcl-2 expression and myocardial apoptosis rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05), P + DMSO myocardial p-Akt and Bcl-2 upregulation, cardiomyocyte apoptosis rate decreased (P <0.05); with the P group, P + LY myocardial p-Akt and Bcl-2 expression decreased (P <0.05), apoptosis rate increased (P <0.05), P + DMSO group of p-Akt, Bcl-2 expression and no difference in apoptosis rate statistically significant (P> 0.05).ConclusionPopofol could relieve rats'cardiac injury which comes from liver ischemia reperfusion. The protective effects are might relationship with up-regulating the activation of PI3K-Akt signal pathway.
