MethodsUse RNA purification method extracting surgery normal gastric cancer and cancer stomach tissue and the RNA, through tissue adjacent to reverse transcription system into DNA, using fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) P53 analyze specimens of METTL9 genes and their downstream gene expression and mutual relationship.ResultsStomach cancer tissue protein expression P53 significantly lower than normal tissue and cancer tissue adjacent, stomach tissue adjacent P53 protein expression significantly lower than normal tissues, Stomach cancer tissue adjacent to organize and express METTL9 significantly higher than normal tissues, The above results have significant differences(P<0.05), METTL9 and P53 have correlation(P<0.05).ConclusionP53 and METTL9 in stomach tissue high expression and the differentiation degree and gastric cancer and metast atic closely related, METTL9 as P53 downstream genes and P53 expression have correlation.
