[Objective] The female and ovariectomized rats were respectively fed with three different kinds of forage—base forage, fat forage and soybeans forage to estimate comprehensively the influence of three different diets on bone and bone structure.[Methods] Sixty female rats were randomly divided into two groups, control group (N) and ovariectomized group(OVX), which are respectively fed with base forage(N1,OVX1), fat forage (N2,OVX2) and soybean forage (N3,OVX3) for three months. Half of rats were cut the ovaries after adaptly fed for one week. The experiment was set up two weeks later. All rats were fed and watered freely. Recording food consumption and body weight alteration by every week. At the end of 12w, all of rats were killed after fasted one day.Collecting blood for applying tests for serum biochemical markers:The estrogen HDL,LDL,TG,TC,the serum calcium and the serum phosphorus Extracting the uterus to cipher organic coefficient. The bone density(BMD)of general body, femur and spine were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)before and after the experiment. One of two femur's metaphysis was dissected out, made to pathological section, performed bone morphometry abtaining histomorphometric and dynamic data.[Result] 1,Not only among the OVX groups but also among the N groups, there are no statistical significance on food consumption the serum calcium or the serum phosphorus。 2,The BMD on the general, the femur and spine, compared the experiment after with before, the OVX groups are all lower, each group has statistical significance;in the N groups, the soybean forage and the base forage are all higher, especially the soybean forage, which have statistical significance.3,No matter in the OVX groups or in the N groups, the soybean forage is the greatest—the BMD on the general, the femur and spine, the trabecular number, trabecular thickness and surface, the osteoblasts number, the HDL and the estrogen, each has statistical significance. However, the soybean forage is the lowest on the osteoclasts number, the body weight and the TG and LDL.Each has statistical significance.4,No matter in the OVX groups or in the N groups, the fat forage is the lowest—the BMD on the general, the femur and spine, the osteoblasts number, the HDL,each has statistical significance. However, the fat forage is the hightsest on the osteoblasts number, the body weight and the TG and LDL,each has statistical significance.Among the OVX groups, compared the fat forage with the base forage, the trabecular number has no statistical significance, but trabecular thickness and surface are greater, which have statistical significance.5,Compared the OVX groups with the corresponding N groups, the food consumption, the TG,TC,LDL, osteoclasts number are higher, while the estrogen and the uterus coefficient, the BMD on the general, the femur and spine, the trabecular number, trabecular thickness and surface, the osteoblasts number, the HDL are lower. Each group has statistical significance. The serum calcium and the serum phosphorus have no remarkable differences.[Conclusion] 1. No matter in the female groups or in the ovarian groups, compared with the fat forage, the soybean forage are higher on the general, femoral and spinal bone mineral density, trabeculae number surface and thickness, the osteoblasts number; while the osteoclast number are lower. As for preventing and treating the postmenopausal osteoporosis, the food rich in soybean is a better diet.2. As for the fat forage,no matter in the female group or in the ovarian group, on the general, femoral and spinal bone mineral density, the trabeculae number, the osteoblast number are the lowest, while the osteoclast number are the highest. The fat diet may accelerate the female bone loss.
