Women in the menstrual cycle or menstrual occurred abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain, and even pain to syncope, known as dysmenorrhea. The disease is more common in young women. Western medicine is divided it into two categories:primary and secondary dysmenorrhea, Which no organic genital lesions known as primary dysmenorrhoea (PD) or functional dysmenorrhea , Often occurs soon after the menarche of unpregnancy or unmarried young women, and it often disappears in their own marriage or after delivery。The clinical manifestations of primary dysmenorrhea, is abdominal pain in menstrual or before and after passing through, with the onset of the menstrual cycle。Pain may be radiation to the oblique rib, breast, lumbosacral, inner thigh, vaginal or anal etc place. The pain cramps usually a few hours before Menstrual, as the harbinger of menstrual. Severe pain, may come with blue face,cold extremities, vomiting, sweating, whole body weakness or even syncope. In recent years, the age of primary dysmenorrhea is rising and its decline as the rising incidence of anti-trend, it has serious impact on quality of life and work of women. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of dysmenorrhea, its pathogenesis, dialectical theory of governance have a complete system, in which acupuncture is an effective treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.ObjectivesThis research use acupuncture and moxibustion meridians method, set the acupuncture group, oral Fenbid (ibuprofen) control group.by clinical observation and comparison of test results, it well make clear the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of dysmenorrhea, as well as provide the scientific basis of clinical efficacy about acupuncture treatment of dysmenorrhea. MethodsIn this study,60 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group, 30 cases,30 cases of comparison group. Acupuncture treatment group use point as main points, with the addition and subtraction cards, western medicine group with oral Fenbid pain. Three menstrual cycles is a course of treatment. Statistics well be summarized after one course of treatment efficacy.ResultBy statistical analysis, two groups before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect respectively compared to the total effective rate in treatment group and control group,90.0% 83.33% respectively. Before and after the treatment, two groups of dysmenorrhea, the pain, feeling of PQI score, VAS score all shows that the treatment group has better improve than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThis study for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, can radically conditioning Chong and Ren, Qi and relieve pain. Regardless of the illness degree, the clinical effects are very good and has clinical significance.
