Clinical Study On The Efficacy Of Tangmaikang Particles In Treating Early Diabetes Nephropathy

Objectivesto discuss the clinical curative effect on early type 2 DN with deficiency of Qi and Yin blood stasis syndrome by using Tangmaikang particlesMethods60 patients with early type 2 DN with deficiency of Qi and Yin blood stasis syndrome were selected and assigned into two groups(experimental group and control group), control group were healed with the basic of western medicine alone treatment, experimental group were cured with Tangmaikang particles, respectively for 3 months. Before and after the therapy we measured the two groups'blood glucose, HbA1C, UAER, Blood viscosity, Chinese medicalsyndromes, overall evaluation and safety evaluation.ResultAfter the treatment, clinical studies have shown that blood glucose, HbA1C, Blood viscosity, UAER decreased significantly than before the treatment, Chinese medicalsyndromes, overall evaluation improved. The safety indexes demonstrated no evident differences before and after the treatment, and no adverse side effects were found.ConclusionAfter the treatment, the blood glucose? HbA1C, blood viscosity and UAER decreased significantly,but the addition of traditional Chinese medicine Tangmaikang particles curative effect of the experimengtal group is more better than western medicinie alone control group.
