Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Qi - Yin Deficiency And Blood - Stasis Syndrome In Early And Middle

Objective: In this study, clinical studies Yiqiyangyinhuoxue xiaozheng treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)in the early and mid Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis, and explore the effectiveness of drug treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the early and mid Qi and blood stasis security, provide new evidence for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Medicine: Choice December 2012 to December 2014 in Shanxi Province hospital of nephrology outpatient and the inpatient cases of diabetic nephropathy eligible for selected 120 cases, were randomly falled into treatment group and matched group, 60 cases each. Oral glucose-lowering drugs should be used in two groups of blood glucose control, using ACEI/ARB inhibitor, improving the foundation treatment such as blood pressure, blood lipid, edema. Treatment group add yiqi huoxue eliminate disease, a dose of daily, morning and evening suit. Control group take a thirsty xin capsule for the four at a time, three times a day. 12 weeks as a period of treatment.Respectively to observe the clinical curative effect after treatment in both groups, the curative effect of TCM Syndrome,While observing the main indicators of urine before and after treatment, 24-hour urinary protein excretion(24hUTP), urinary albumin and secondary indicators blood lipids,with SPSS16.0 statistical software for all the data for statistical analysis.Results:1. The effect of the treatment group after treatment of the disease, the total effective rate was 96.43%, total effective disease control rate was 85.71%. The two groups had statistically significant(P <0.05); 2 urinary protein, the difference between the two groups 24-hour urinary protein excretion, urine microalbumin test results had statistically significant(P <0.05) after treatment, the treatment group was superior in the control group(P <0.05);. 3 after treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduced symptom scores, improvement of clinical symptoms in treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: By looking at the effectiveness of clinical research, Qi and activating blood disease elimination in the party to improve the early diabetic nephropathy languid, shortness of breath lazy speech, dizziness, tinnitus, night frequent urination, thirst more like drinking the syndrome and blood stasis symptom such as tongue and pulse condition has obvious curative effect, middle can significantly reduce the urine protein, 24-hour proteinuria,but also can decrease urine protein, and it is effective and safe, and has application prospect extensive, is worthy of further research.
