Clinical Research On The Effects Of HuaYuTongLuo Potion To Angiogenesis Of Cerebral Infraction Centre And The Surrounding Area

Objective:Cerebral infraction is a serious threat to human health, because of its high morbidity, disability rate, mortality and relapse rate. When cerebral infraction happened, how to increase the blood providing of the infarct tissue is the key of the treatment. In recent years, therapeutic angiogenesis will become a new treatment to cerebral infraction and the hotspot of research. By studying the theory of Luo Disease, Professor Yang nan created HuaYuTongLuo potion as a treatment, and found it effective after years of clinical practices. The aim of this research is evaluating the effects of HuaYuTongLuo potion to Angiogenesis of cerebral infraction centre and the surrounding area by comparing the CT perfusion imaging and the clinical symptoms. It also discusses the effects of HuaYuTongLuo potion on therapeutic angiogenesis and the restoring of nerve functions. Furthmore, it tries to promote the potion to being popularly used in clinical pratices and benefit more patients.Method:According to the standard of incorporating and rejecting, collect 60 patients who suffer from Acute Cerebral Infraction and divide them into two groups randomly. One is as the treatment group (30) which use the potion as a treatment, and the other as the contrast group (30) which are not.Both are taken the CT perfusion imaging and NIHSS scoring 14 days before the treatment and 14 days after. Comparing the scores of CT perfusion imaging and NIHSS of the two groups. All the results were analyzed with SPSS 11.5.Results:(1) Scoreing of NIHSS:Both groups have no obvious differences before the treatment.But the scores all come down after the treatment, and the treatment group is lower (P<0.01). (2) Parameters of CT perfusion imaging: Both groups have no obvious differences either before the treatment. After the treatment, the CBV,CBF of both groups increased, MTT are shortened, and the parameters of the treatment group are much better. The parameters of cerebral infraction surrounding area, CBV increase, and the treatment group are more obvious; the treatment group's parameters of cerebral infraction surrounding area,CBF increase after treatment, and the other shows no evident improvement. Both groups'rCBV,rCBF of cerebral infraction centre and surrounding area increased after treatment, and the treatment group' rCBV of surrounding area are obvious. (3)The different valuations of CBV before and after the treament are related to NIHSS scores positively (4)No changes of inspections were found after treatment, and no adverse reactions to drug during the process.Conclusion:Cooperating with modern treatment of cerebral infarction, HuaYuTongLuo potion can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients and the tissue perfusion of cerebral infraction centre and surrounding area. Its effects are more obvious on the surrounding area than the center. The reasons of the mechanisms effects are because that HuaYuTongLuo potion can stimulate the vessels to revitalize blood and increase the number of the vessels after cerebral infraction happened. Thereby improve the blood perfusion and advance the recovery of neurological functions.
