ObjectiveThrough observation of Polycystic ovary syndrome with multiple Constitution types, exploring the relationship between Constitution and syndrome in pathogenesis; and comparative analysis of phlegm-dampness Constitution and non-patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness Constitution characteristics of their endocrine and metabolism, to adjust the constitution to provide a theoretical basis for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.MethodRecording the patients'menstruation, acne, hirsutism, etc., and the patient's weight, height, etc. Test the patients'fasting glucose, fasting insulin, one-hour postprandial blood glucose, two-hour postprandial blood glucose, One-hour postprandial insulin, Two-hour postprandial insulin, calculate the patients'body mass index, insulin sensitivity index. Using statistical software to data and information collected for statistical analysis. Observed in patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome, the proportion of phlegm-dampness constitution. Exploring the relationship between Constitution and syndrome in pathogenesis; and comparative analysis of phlegm-dampness Constitution and non-patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness Constitution characteristics of their endocrine and metabolism.Result1,The common clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome with menstrual disorders and infertility-based, followed by obesity;2,Physical distribution:Constitution were 25 cases of phlegm-dampness, accounting for 41.67%; 3,Constitution and syndrome in pathogenesis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: In 25 patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness Constitution,22 cases of syndrome of phlegm-dampness, accounting for 88%,2 cases of syndrome of Kidney, accounting for 8%,1 cases of syndrome of blood stasis, accounting for 4%, Syndrome of phlegm-dampness with kidney and blood stasis in the incidence increased significantly compared, and the difference is Significant statistical significance (P<0.01);In 35 patients with non-phlegm-dampness constitution,21 cases of syndrome of Liver-Qi stagnation, accounting for 60%,11 cases of syndrome of Kidney, accounting for 34.29%, cases of syndrome of blood stasis, accounting for 8.57%, the Liver-Qi stagnation syndrome rate is higher than blood stasis syndrome rate, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); the Kidney syndrome rate is higher than blood stasis syndrome rate, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);4,The incidence of obesity:In 25 patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness Constitution, obesity in 21 cases,84%,35 patients with non-phlegm-dampness constitution, obesity 2, accounting for 5.71%.
