Correlation Analysis Between Constitution Of Phlegm Dampness And Syndrome Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

Objective : Observing the characters of the syndrome types,complications,and survival quality constitution of phlegm dampness in type 2diabetes patients to improve the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in diabetes research,for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of type 2diabetes to provide new clinical evidence through sampling survey of constitution of phlegm dampness and non constitution of phlegm dampness two groups of type 2 diabetic patients basic situation random,TCM syndrome and the quality of life data,using statistical methods constitution of phlegm dampness and type 2 diabetes syndrome syndrome correlation analysis.Method:Combined the domestic and international diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine research,using the authority of the Constitution and recognized QOL scale and syndrome classification standard,collected from June 2015 to December in Guangxi Chinese medicine university affiliated Ruikang hospital of inpatients in patients with phlegm dampness and non constitution of phlegm dampness in patients with basic information,course of disease,TCM syndrome type DSQL,complications,and other information,the use of statistical methods for the knowledge,information and data were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis,to explore the phlegm dampness patients and non constitution of phlegm dampness comparison of the characteristics of the patients,and then summarize the general characteristics of constitution of phlegm dampness people in type 2 diabetes,provide a reference basis for individualized prevention of diabetes Road.Result: 1 general situation: the proportion of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with phlegm dampness mass is zero,and the majority of patients with45-80.Male and female ratio.The proportion of patients with body mass index less than 18.5kg/m2 was zero,and the proportion was higher than24kg/m2.In the course of disease,phlegm dampness type 2 diabetes patients in the following 5 years,5-10 years,more than 10 years of the course of the disease is similar to the scale of the stratified.Phlegm in patients with about1/3 of the proportion of drinking and smoking tendency.In terms of quality of life,the scores of mental health and treatment dimensions were significantly better in the patients with phlegm dampness.In terms of chronic complications,the proportion of diabetic retinopathy and hypertension were85.4% and 24%,respectively.2 biochemical indexes: the phlegm dampness blood sugar control in the mmol/L 4.4-7.0 ratio is higher.Postprandial blood glucose is maintained in a higher proportion of more than 10 mmol / L;total cholesterol control in less than a higher proportion of 4.5 mmol / L and triglyceride control is greater than or equal to a higher proportion of 1.5 mmol / L;most phlegm matter in patients with LDL-C and HDL-C index remained in the normal range;in terms of glycosylated hemoglobin,control in 8 ~ 9% and more than 9 per cent higher.3 TCM symptoms and syndromes: phlegm dampness constitution group more easily more hunger and food,body fat,dry mouth and preference of cold drink,urine red constipation,yellow tongue coating greasy,slippery pulse string etc.TCM symptoms.The body fat,dry or cold drink,abdominal swell and slippery pulse string is 3 class clustering analysis of the highest coverage of TCM symptoms.And phlegm dampness associated with body fat,numbness of the limbs,pulse string slippery three symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.In syndromes,phlegm dampness constitution group is easyto appear phlegm heat stasis syndrome,and the lowest ratio of liver kidney yin deficiency,deficiency of both yin and Yang.Phlegm heat syndrome and phlegm dampness were positively correlated;liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and phlegm dampness group showed a significant negative correlation.And there was no significant deviation in the syndrome of phlegm and dampness group.Conclusion : 1.2 type diabetes phlegm matter in the middle and old aged patients see more;mainly in overweight and obese patients;phlegm dampness throughout the whole of the diabetes full;patient preference greasy food,addicted to alcohol and tobacco tendency.2.Patients with postprandial high blood sugar,high levels of triglycerides,HbA1 c control is not good or bad,condition is not optimistic,are prone to diabetic retinopathy and hypertension and other complications and need to actively received diabetes education and early intervention.3.Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with phlegm most common symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is a matter of obesity,dry or cold drink,abdominal swell,slippery pulse string.Clinical,phlegm dampness patients prone to phlegm heat syndrome.
