| Objective Atopic dermatitis, also known as atopic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis or atopiceczema, or endogenous eczema. Is a common chronic, relapsing, inflammatory skin disease. AD is characterized by patients with allergies, often accompanied by increased levels of serum IgE, me or the family often asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticaria and othermedical history, expressed as a special type of intense itching of eczema dermatitis. AD treatment is a long process, using traditional Chinese medicine treatment ofadverse reactions, and cheap, if they could play on the basis of Chinese medicinediagnosis and treatment, with western medical treatment, to reduce the dosage and side effects of western medicine, will be the treatment of AD, Effective way. The subject of the spleen were itching treating AD clinical research, observation of thetreatment group and western medicine TCM symptoms before and after treatment, SASSAD and DLQI change of integration, and explore its possible mechanism.Methods Open clinical study on a chip as the control group Rui Tan,50 patients were randomlydivided into treatment group (25) and control group (25) cases, the amount of fullcourse of 4 weeks.
