Objective:Verify lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) stimulate the process of smooth muscle cell migration have an effect of the receptor is LPAr1, the ultimate goal of complete receptor sequence. Methods:In this study, Boyden chamber experiments and pharmacology chamber Study LPA effect human vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) migration, the number of experimental observation of changes in VSMC migration, LPA promotes cell migration validation process of the receptor is LPAr1. It's further determined by quantitative experiments. Final completion of the receptor gene sequence determination. Results:LPA stimulation significantly increased cell migration was inhibited plus Ki 16425 group. LPA stimulation of smooth muscle cell migration in the process of the highest expression of LPA 1 receptor, so that this process works mainly LPA1 receptors. Final completion of the sequencing of rabbit LPA1 receptor gene.
