"Fangfeng" was the root of the plant which was named Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schisck. It was a kind of common Chinese medicinal herbs. So far, there were more than 100 kinds of chemical compositions separated from it. The contents of 4 kinds of chromone as prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,cimifugin,5-O-methylvisamminal,sec-O-glucosyhamaudol were the standard as quality control and evaluation. In recent years, the demand of S.divaricata was increasing, but the wild plants were shorter than before, and also the normalized cultivation was getting less. There were too many kinds of "Fangfeng" selled in the market as many different quality. So that, studying and making research of quality evaluation for S. divaricata was very important of scientific cognition in different localities and the normalized cultivation.S. divaricata was collected with 14 habitats in Jilin province, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Extraction technology for active principle were researched. Compared with the contents of active principle and soil elements in different habitats, and discussed with influence on Ecological factor to S. divaricata active principle. Provide scientific support on comprehensive quality analysis and evaluation. The vital significance of standardized production on S. divaricata has the important meaning. which is in order to provide scientific basis for further expand the northeast region to S. divaricata development and utilization of quality resources.The optimum extracting processes were optimized by single-factor test and orthogonal test. The optimal microwave condition was following the feed-liquid rate as 1 to 30; the volume fraction of ethanol was 70%, the extractive temperature was 90℃, and the extractive time was 3 minutes. This extraction extracting process from S. divaricata were found to be a rapid and efficient extraction method with short time and high production yield which have good application prospects.According to the regulations of the《Chinese pharmacopoeia》which was published on 2010, version 1. The ash content shall not exceeded 6.5%. Besides Xianli Taonan city, Namujinggang Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Beidianzi Changling county, Daqinggou Tongliao city, all the other 10 habitats has exceeded values standard. The content of the ethanol extract was no less than 13% as the standard level. And also the content between ethanol extract and ash was showing negative correlation on S. divaricata, which means that the ash content will be reduced and the content of ethanol extract will be raised up. The chromone content would have more difference of S. divaricata in different habitats. The habitat which has the highest content of chromone as Namujinggang Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Daqinggou Tongliao city, Hongxing Qianguo county and Xianli Taonan city. It was the arid climate and high level of the. calcium, phosphorus element content and lower average annual temperature. The areas were Black calcium soil, Sand soil and Chestnut calcium soil. The habitat which has the lower content of chromone as Jingyuetan Changchun city, Beidianzi Changling county, Hongxing Changling county and Shuangyang Changchun city. It was the semi-arid climate and low level of the calcium, phosphorus element content and higher average annual temperature. The areas, witch was mainly covered by black soil and Sand soil and saline alkali soil.The calcium, phosphorus element content of root soil and average annual temperature were the most important on form factor of S. divaricata.
