| Radix Saposhnikovia is the dry root of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Sch ischk, and it is used as a Traditional Chinese Medicine which is also known a s Fangfeng and so on.It was used as a diaphoretic,an analgesic and an antip yretic. It also can heal tetanus and so on.In the paper,it was studied on the basis of chemical constituents and phar macological,to establish the quality criterion. At the same time, studys on the contents of active ingredients in Radix Saposhnikovia of different harvest seas ons, different drying methods were carried out.By comparing the contents of a ctive ingredients of different parts of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk, to offer more necessary material foundations to develop better.1 The research advances of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk wa s summed up,providing a reference for further research and develop ment of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk.2 Ten compounds were isolated from Radix Saposhnikovia with polystyr ene resin, silica gel, polyamide column and Sephadex LH-20 chromat ography, and nine compounds were identified by physicol-chemical me thods and spectral analysis. They were wogonin(1),β-sitosterol(2),dauco sterol(3),cimifugin(4),sec-o-glucosylhamaudol(5),marmesine(6),vanillic acid(7),D-mannitol(8),4’-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol(9).3 The quality control methods of Saposhnikovia divaricata was establis hed.(1)A systematic quality evaluation was showed by the parameters.(2)To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of Prim-O-Glucos ylcimifugin,cimifugin,4’-O-β-D-glueosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol,sec-o-gl ucosylhamaudol,And the contents of four active ingredients in different places were compared.(3)HPLC-FPS analysis of Radix Saposhnikovia was set up. 4 To study on the contents of active ingredients in Radix Saposhnikovia of different harvest seasons, different drying methods were carried out.5 The contents of four active ingredients of different parts of Saposhnikovi a divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk was determined, and its result can be served as ba sement for the further study of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk. |
