Clinical Observation Of Prevention Of Stone Recurrence With Traditional Chinese Medicine Pulse Therapy (Strengthen Spleen And Dredge Gallbladder) After Minimally Invasive Lithotomy

Objective:1,Grope influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine combine to minimally invasive lithotomy in gallbladder stone recurrence, Mining and summarizing the theory of prevention on diseases.2,System study on Clinical efficacy and mechanism of prevent stone recurrence with traditional Chinese medicine Pulse therapy (Strengthen Spleen and Dredge gallbladder) after Minimally invasive lithotomy.3,Open innovation in stone recurrence prevention after minimally invasive lithotomy in Traditional Chinese Medicine Pulse therapy.Method:60 patients who sugery successfully were randomly divided into two groups. One group of 30 patients as treatment group (Stone dissolution Soup treatment group), the other group of 30 patients as control group (general treatment group). Through observing from gallbladder wall thickness before and after treatment, gallbladder function, B-check for gallstone formation, which made evaluation of the efficacy and safety.Result:1.With comprehensive clinical analysis, the efficiency of the therapeutic group is 96.67%, and the efficiency of the control group is 93.33%. There is no difference between the two group (P>0.05).2. After treatment, the treatment group after treatment than before treatment of gallbladder wall thickness decreased significantly (P<0.05), gallbladder wall thickness in the control group after treatment than before treatment decreased (P> 0.05). That traditional Chinese medicine (Stone dissolution soup) a significant improvement on the role of gallbladder wall thickness3. After treatment, gallbladder contraction function in treatment group decreased significantly than before treatment (P<0.05), statistically significant. Treatment group and control group:the treatment group improved gallbladder function was better than the control group (P<0.05), statistically significant. That traditional Chinese medicine (Stone dissolution soup) on the gallbladder wall effect a significant improvement in contractile function.4. It's no impact on the level of RBC,WBC,HB,PLT,BUN,Cr and electrocardiogram in the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with the control group, traditional Chinese medicine (Consumer stone soup) in the prevention of invasive gallbladder stones after Minimally invasive lithotomy had no preventive effect of stone recurrence, without any adverse reaction, treatment safety.
