Stomach Meridian Of Foot-Yangming Acupoint Injection For Clinical Study Of Spleen Deficient And Blood Stasis In Melasma

Objective:93 patients with spleen deficiency by blood stasis in patients with melasma were a "foot Yangming stomach point injection","acupuncture"and"glutathione intramuscular" treatment of the three different methods to evaluate efficacy and security differences。Methods:A randomized single-blind method to 93 patients divided into treatment groupⅠ, II treatment group and treatment groupⅢ. Treatment groupⅠfoot Yangming stomach by injection, treatment with acupuncture treatment groupⅡ,Ⅲwere treated with intramuscular injection of glutathione, the treatment groupⅠobservation group, the treatment groupⅡ,Ⅲ, control group,4 weeks after the summary of efficacy and safety, statistical methods to analyze the differences.Results:Acupoint injection group,33 cases of clinical cure in 11 cases, effective in 13 cases,5 cases improved,4 cases, markedly effective rate was 73%, total effective rate was 88%; acupuncture treatment group,30 cases of clinical cure in 6 cases, marked 6 Cases, improved in 8 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, markedly effective rate was 40%, total effective efficiency of 67%; intramuscular group of 30 patients, clinical cure in 4 cases, effective in 5 patients, improved in 9 cases,12 cases, markedly effective rate was 30%, Total effective efficiency of 60%. Three groups, the total effective rate was significant difference, foot Yangming stomach acupuncture point injection group than the treatment group and the intramuscular group (P=0.035<0.05); showed the efficiency of significant differences, the Foot-Yangming Stomach acupuncture point injection group than the treatment group and the intramuscular group (P=0.011<0.05).Conclusion:Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming Spleen Blood Injection for melasma efficiency and total effective rate was superior to acupuncture treatment and intramuscular glutathione.
