Clinical Research On Tonify Deficiency And Remove Blood Stasis Method Regulating High Myopic Retinal Function

Objective:To explore the retinal function of high myopic patient influenced by the method of tonify deficiency and remove blood stasis according to the characteristics of pathogenesis of high myopia.Method:102 patients met the inclusion criteria of high myopia were randomly divided into the treatment group including 51 cases (101 eyes) and the control group including 51 cases (99 eyes). All the patients fill in CRF. According to the characteristics of pathogenesis of high myopia the treatment group take the bujingyishi tablet with the function of tonify deficiency and remove blood stasis made by the teaching hospital of chengdu university of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), the control group observed without drugs. The corrected visual acuity, eye axis, index of visual field and F-ERG of high myopia were tested before and after two months treatment or observed. All the data analyzed with statistical software SPSS 13.0.Results:After two months treatment or observation the corrected visual acuity and eye axis in the two groups has no statistically difference (P>0.05);The index of MS,MD,sLV,b wave amplitude of f-ERG and TCM symptoms integral of treatment group has statistically difference compared to two months ago (P<0.05). But the a wave amplitude of f-ERG check index and multiple comparison with no statistically significant (P>0.05). No statistically significance found in the control group after two months observation.No clinical relevant treatment related safety issues occurred.Conclusion:1.The method of tonify deficienc and remove blood stasis has improved the retinal function of the high myopia in a way2.Visual field and F-ERG testing can be used as retinal function evaluation of high myopia and prognosis of high myopia index, prognosis and curative effect, provides the basis.3.The method of tonify deficienc and remove blood stasis may release the patients' symptom of Chinese medicine.
