Objective:explore the effect of invigorate the circulation of blood supplement qi and nourishing yin method on Flash-Electroretinogram and Mutilfocal-Electroretinogram in diabetic rats induced by Streptozotocin, evaluate the influence of the invigorate the circulation of blood supplement qi and nourishing yin method on visual function of diabetic retinopathy.Methed:Established the hyperglycemia Sprague Dawley (SD) rats model by Streptozotocin intraperitoneal injection, after 4 months used different does of compound xueshuantong capsule and other contrast medicine to treat rats for 12 weeks. After treatment, using Visual electrophysiology tester to observe the changes of fERG and mfERG of rats, evaluate the effects of invigorate the circulation of blood supplement qi and nourishing yin method on DR visual function.Results:FERG:after 12 weeks treatment, compared with normal group, peak latency of a and b wave in Xueshuantong capsule high dose group were not obviously different, other control group had been delayed (P<0.05 or P<0.01); compared with model group, peak latency of a and b wave of Xueshuantong capsule group had been shorten, and amplitude of a and b wave had been increased, sum amplitude of ops wave in Xueshuantong capsule group had been increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), compared with Calcium Dobesilate group, peak latency of a wave in Xueshuantong capsule high dose group had been shorten, and amplitude of a wave had been increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P <0.01).MF-ERG:after 12 weeks treatment, compared with normal group, peak latency of N1 wave in model group had been delayed, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); peak latency of PI wave in model group, Qiming granule group? Xueshuantong capsule low and high dose group had been significantly delayed, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); amplitude density of P1 wave in model group and Calcium Dobesilate group had been lowered down obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Xueshuantong capsule low dose group had been lowered down, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). compared with model group, amplitude density of N1 wave in Xueshuantong capsule low dose group had been increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); peak latency of P1 wave in Xueshuantong capsule middle dose group had been shorten, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); amplitude density of P1 wave in Xueshuantong capsule group and Qiming granule group had been increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). compared with Calcium Dobesilate group, amplitude density of P1 wave in Xueshuantong capsule low and middle dose group had been increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and Xueshuantong capsule high dose group and Qiming granule group had been increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Analyze the wave of three concentric rings and four quadrants,they were similar with sum wave asically.Conclusion:After 12 weeks treatment, In fERG test, peak latency of a, b and ops wave had been shorten, and amplitude had been increased. In mfERG test, peak latency of N1 and P1 wave had been shorten, and amplitude density had been increased. It proves that invigorate the circulation of blood supplement qi and nourishing yin method can protect the visual function of STZ diabetic rats, the effect of middle and high dose were more obvious.
