| Objective: In this study, We first selected diabetic nephropathy (DN) cases , Randomized , Through observe the level of Serum CystatinC,Urine Microalbum,Endogenous Creatinine Clearance Rate and Urinary Albumin Excretion Rates , investigate examination value and relevant analysis of Diabetic nephropathy serum Cystatin c and Urine Microalbum,GFR; and observe Level changes of Serum CystatinC,Urine Microalbum,Endogenous Creatinine Clearance Rate(Ccr) and Urinary Albumin Excretion Rates after treatment using the Yiqi Yangying Huoxue compand Chinese medicine Bao yuanâ…¡to Diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients. Further research for clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) to provide the basic and clinical basis.Methods:Selecting patients withdiabetic nephropathyâ…¢,â…£80 cases, randomly divided into two groups, Diabetic nephropathy group (DN group) 40 cases, Diabetic nephropathy group (CONTROL group) DN 40 cases. Selecting Medical health personnel 40 cases from Our hospital medical, as a NORMAL group (NORMAL group). Draw blood samples for three groups of people , Meanwhile return 24h urine, To index for testing , Then make the relevant analysis to serum Cystatin c and Urine Microalbum,Ccr of Normal group and Diabetic Nephropathy group. After Return the blood and urine samples, Randomly selected respectively each 30 patients from the diabetes nephrosis group (DN group) and diabetic nephropathy CONTROL group(DN CONTROL group) , based on routine treatment, Diabetic nephropathy group (DN CONTROL group) give LuoTingXin therapy (LuoTingXin 10-20mg, Daily 1 times), Diabetic nephropathy group (DN group) give Yiqi Yangying Huoxue compand Chinese medicine Bao yuanâ…¡( 5 goals/times, 3 / day), treatment for 2 months, draw blood specimens after two months, meanwhile return 24h urine, Analysis of samples were detected, Observed Level changes of Serum CystatinC,Urine Microalbum,Endogenous Creatinine Clearance Rate(Ccr) and Urinary Albumin Excretion Rates before and after treatment and the effects of the treatment.Results:1 The comparison of The NORMAL group (NORMAL group) and diabetic nephropathy group (DN group) of Serum CystatinC,Urine Microalbum,Endogenous Creatinine Clearance Rate(Ccr)Diabetic nephropathy group Serum CystatinC significantly higher than normal control group, Significant difference (P < 0.01), Urine Microalbum also significantly higher than normal group, Significant difference (P < 0.01), Urinary Albumin Excretion Rates(UAER) below in normal control group, But not obvious (P < 0.05), which have not significant differences, and Endogenous Creatinine Clearance Rate(Ccr)level have not significant difference (P > 0.01).2 The correlation analysis of The NORMAL group ( NORMAL group) and diabetic nephropathy group (DN group) of Serum CystatinC,Urine Microalbum and Endogenous Creatinine Clearance Rate(Ccr)The linear relative regression analysis, Diabetic nephropathy group Serum CystatinC( CysC) and Urine Microalbum (MAlb) were positively correlated, statistically significant difference (r = 0.404, P < 0.01), with Endogenous Creatinine Clearance Rate (Ccr) negatively correlated (r = 0.122, P > 0.01), which have not statistical significance.3 The comparison of CysC,Malb,Ccr,UAER of Diabetic Nephropathy group (CONTROL group) and DN diabetic nephropathy group (DN group) before and after the treatmentTwo groups compared before and after treatment, Serum CystatinC level obviously decreased, have Significant difference (P < 0.01); Diabetic Nephropathy group Urine Microalbum obviously decreased, Significant difference (P < 0.01), have statistically significant, Diabetic nephropathy control group (P > 0.01),which have not statistical significance; Diabetic nephropathy group UAER obviously decreased, Significant difference (P < 0.01), the control group (P > 0.01), which have not statistical significance; The two groups after treatment Ccr comparison have not significant difference (P > 0.01), which have not statistical significance.4 Before and after the treatment of diabetic nephropathy group (CONTROL group) and DN diabetic nephropathy group (DN group) curative effect comparisonDiabetic nephropathy group effective 16 cases (53.3% ), powerfully 10 cases(33.3% ), Invalid 4 cases(13.4% ); Diabetic nephropathy control group effective 9 patients (30%), powerfully 10 cases(26.7% ), Invalid 13cases(43.3%).
