Clinical Study Of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Prescription In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Formula in treating early diabetic nephropathy,to explore the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Formula in treating early diabetic nephropathy,and to follow up its safety,to evaluate comprehensively Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Formula,as to provide relevant clinical evidence for its treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Seventy patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 patients.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups.The control group was given irbesartan capsule 150 mg once a day under the control of blood sugar,lipid-lowering,diabetic diet and other basic treatment.The treatment group was given Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the treatment.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.The results of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,ACR,hs-CRP,Ang-II,TCM syndrome integral and safety index of the two groups were compared,and the relevant data were processed scientifically and statistically,and to explore the clinical efficacy,mechanism and safety of the test agent scientifically and objectively.Results:The clinical marked efficiency of the treatment group was87.88% higher than that of the control group 71.87%.The improvement of TCM syndrome score,Ang-II and hs-CRP in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The improvement of ACR was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)with FPG,2hPG and HbA1 c.No significant discomfort or other adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine prescription used in thisexperiment has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,has protective effect on the kidney,and can delay the progress of the disease.This prescription is safe to some extent,and its toxicity and side effects have not been reported clearly.Therefore,this prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.To explore the mechanism of its treatment may be related to the reduction of RASS and inflammation in patients.
