Objective:In women in the incidence of major metropolises, cervical cancer, in second place after breast cancer. In recent years, the young cervical cancer patients have obvious rising, therefore, how to do early detection of cervical cancer patients, early treatment become particularly important.Through the cervical carcinoma Nanog and Oct4 detection, analysis Nanog and Oct4 in cervical cancer expression and clinical pathological parameters and their mutual relationships, discuss Nanog and Oct4 in cervical cancer development, infiltration and clinical significance.Methods: Using immunohistochemical staining (s-p method) detection of 30 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of cervix, 20 cases CINIII, 10 cases of normal cervical tissue Nanog and Oct4 expression. Use test, spearman rank X2 related analysis methods analysis of Nanog and Oct4 and patients ' clinical and Pathologic features and Nanog and Oct4 dependency.Results: 30 cases of cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma, 20 cases CINIII, 10 cases of normal cervical tissue Nanog and Oct4 expression. Nanog and Oct4 in normal cervical tissue, CINIII, cervical carcinoma expressed are, in turn, elevation, a comparison between the three groups have significant differences (both P < 0.01); reintervention Nanog and expression in Oct4 interrelatedtothe(rs=0.5317,P=0.0025) The higher expression of the Nanog and Oct4 were not associated with clinical stage and the metastasis of lymph node.(P>0.05)But it's closely related with the degree of differentiation of tumour. (P<0.05)so both by Nanog,Oct4 joint detection of cervical cancer, may become a cervical cancer prognosis or transfer of molecular markers, Thus can more effectively study cerical cancer of the molecular basis of the histologic changes. Conclusions:1.Nanog and Oct4 in cervical carcinoma are excessive.2, cervical cancer Nanog and Oct4 expression interrelatedtothe relationship between.3,The higher expression of the Nanog and Oct4 were not associated with clinical stage and the metastasis of lymph node.But it's closely related with the degree of differentiation of tumour. So both by Nanog,Oct4 joint detection of cervical cancer can be used as a sensitivity and specificity tumor markers of and therapeutic targets. Then the further reveal the source of tumor cancer prevention and control and to guide significance.
