| ObjectiveSurvey the basic conditions of voluntary blood donation of the ttypical areas of Chongqing , and the blood donation status to find the shortage restricting the city's blood donation system. Study the factors that affect the city's blood donation, and promote some specific, workable strategies and methods . then explore a combination between the blood donation and the medical and health security system to form a new security system for blood donation and promote the health and health building in Chongqing healthy development.Methods(1)Quantitative research: survey the unpaid blood donors and non-donors by a uniform blood donation site in the way of a questionnaire, focusing on factors that limit the policy of voluntary blood donation, the causes of free blood donors and blood donation satisfaction(2)Qualitative research: find out the status of the local voluntary blood donation, influencing factors, and the main difficulties with a combination of semi-structured interview-based questionnaire-type. The survey includes the management officials of the district, the county blood center and the blood collection staff.Results(1) The blood donation of Chongqing run well and the blood volume can basically meet the need for blood for clinical use, but the imbalance of blood development leads to a instability between the supply and demand balance. Otherwise, the blood emergency situations always occur.2)The Government paid insufficient attention to blood donation , which lead to limited investment and poor legislation(3)City's large rural population, especially the large number of farmers in poor areas, poor knowledge on blood donation caused blood supply-need contradict , which limited the development of local voluntary blood donation.(4)Blood use policies are lack of economic and scientific rules(5)Climate change is a key factor to the blood shortage, and a reasonable and comfortable protection of the fixed blood donation can increase the quality and quantity of blood volume and ease the blood shortage crisis(6)?￡Blood for clinical use in medical institutions in our city lack effective administration and supervision, that is unreasonable and unscientific blood phenomenon, which cause great waste of blood for clinical and increase the blood use pressure (7)Some mandatory part of the Blood Donation Law have been behind the times, and can not match the existing conditions, which lead to the adequacy of blood.(8)The blood collection and supply management departments have their own response to blood shortage, recruitment methods and strategies, but they are not effective in the implementation process. In this research through interviews, we collected benign proposals to promot the sound development of voluntary blood donationConclusionsSince the "Blood Donation Law" was carried out, our city has made great achievements in voluntary blood donation, and the overall running well when there are also some problems.The factors affecting the blood supply are various and the main work is to solve the conflict between the increasing need and the real blood supply. First, increase the investment on the construction of the cause of blood in rural areas; Then adjustment the Blood Donation Law to adapt to current conditions; At last, complete blood repayment mechanism and implement the "blood donation, free use of blood" system.
