Objective:Research from 2011 to 2016 in changchun area of voluntary blood donors related business data files and work,to understand the status of voluntary blood donation in changchun area,describe the distribution of the voluntary blood donor population,and analyze the blood transfusion index infection of the voluntary blood donors..Recruiting blood donors and blood screening for changchun areas to provide scientific basis,ensure blood safety and reduce blood transfusion risk.Methods:Cluster sampling the changchun area between 2011 and 2016 blood services business files and data,a total of 567129 blood donors general information collection(including gender,age,nationality,occupation,marital status,level of education,etc.),and data on the blood test results of ALT,HBV,HCV,HIV and TP.On the basis of careful review and review of the collected data,Excel 2007 software was used to establish the database,and SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.From 2011 to 2016,there were 567129 voluntary blood donors in Changchun area,the total amount of voluntary blood donation was 1057862 U,and the amount of blood donation per capita was 1.87 U.Since 2013,the number of blood donors and the total amount of voluntary blood donation have declined year by year.2.The distribution of voluntary blood donors,male accounted for 63.07%,higher than women;Han nationality mainly,accounting for 95.28%;unmarried accounted for 42.55%,less than married people,but there is an increase in the number of unmarried blood donors.From the age point of view,the proportion of 18~25 years old showed an upward trend,from 6.06% to 36.64%,and the proportion of 25~35 years old showed a downward trend,from 52.71% to 27.07%.In the cultural degree distribution,bachelor degree or above accounted for the rise,increased from 27.58% to 38.32%,the proportion of junior high school declined,dropping from 35.15% to 28.78%;from the occupation,occupation and free students accounted for the highest,respectively 44.37%,22.26%,students and workers accounted for the rise,staff,the farmers showed a downward trend.Voluntary blood donors were mainly male,Han,unmarried,18~35 years old,undergraduate or above,free occupation and students.3.The total unqualified rate of blood test was 2.41%,which showed a downward trend in the annual distribution,and was 2.04% in 2016.The unqualified rates of each project were ALT(0.30%),HBV(0.75%),HCV(0.38%),HIV(0.19%)and TP(0.79%).There were significant differences in the national,marital status,age,education level and occupation between the two groups,but there was no significant difference between the genders.The population distribution of blood donors,other ethnic groups,unmarried,25 ~35 years old,bachelor degree or above,students and donors unqualified rate is low;Han,married,aged 18~24,farmers and clerks and primary school following a higher failure rate of blood donors.Conclusion:1.From 2011 to 2016,the number of blood donors and the total amount of blood donation in Changchun decreased year by year,which indicated that the situation of blood donation was grim.2.The proportion of 25~35 years old,junior middle school,staff and farmers is declining,so we need to do propaganda and mobilization work for them.3.Unqualified rate of blood test showed a downward trend,suggesting that blood donation knowledge propaganda and education work better,blood donors understand what the situation does not meet the blood donation standards,can actively withdraw.4.Unqualified rate of blood test in education level,age,occupation,nationality and marital status are difference.It is necessary to carry out effective propaganda and education of blood donation knowledge for the blood donors of 18~25 years old,farmers and staff members and below the primary school.
