Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy With Lithotomy Consortium Of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy In The Treatment Of Complicated Infection Kidney Stones

Objective:summing up Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomywith lithotomy consortium of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of complicated infection kidney stones of curative effect and security. Method:Retrospective analysis of 26 patients with operation, Male 11 cases, females 15 cases, Age 26~72sui, average age 51, kidney stone of area 8.6～38.9 cm2.Results:PCNL and ESWL surgical operation behinding. Stone completely clear of 23 cases, Residual stones of 3 cases. 3 have needed a blood transfusion, 8 patients have a fever.Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with lithotomy consortium of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of complicated infection kidney stones is safe,effective,A significant increase in renal clearance rate,operation of complication make considerabale.
