To explore the accelerated factors of fructure healing in the fructure complicated with TBI. And to provide evidence for clinical application of VEGF and PDGF to treatment with refractory fructure. Methods Choosing 20 patients of simple fructure and 20 patients of fructure complicated with TBI to venous blood samples in the third day and the the tenth day after fructure. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum level of VEGF and PDGF in the two group patients.Result1. In simple fructure group the serum concentration of VEGF in the third day and the the tenth day are (77.96±20.05) pg/ml and (155.11±25.42) pg/ml. There are significant defference in the third day and the tenth day, P<0.05. In simple fructure group the serum concentration of PDGF in the third day and the tenth day are (193.37±51.56) pg/ml and (346.99±92.91) pg/ml. There are significant defference in the third day and the tenth day, P<0.05.2. In fructure complicated with TBI group the serum concentration of VEGF in the third day and the the tenth day are (134.79±20.39) pg/ml and (210.63±24.63) pg/ml. There are significant defference in the third day and the tenth day, P<0.05. In fructure complicated with TBI group the serum concentration of PDGF in the third day and the tenth day are (248.01±94.14) pg/ml and(486.20±88.09) pg/ml. Also there are significant defference in the third day and the tenth day, P<0.05.3. In the third day the serum concentration of VEGF in simple fructure and fructure complicated with TBI are (77.96±20.05) pg/ml and (134.79±20.39) pg/ml. There are significant defference in the two groups, P<0.05. In the third day the serum concentration of PDGF in simple fructure and fructure complicated with TBI are (193.37±51.56) pg/ml and (248.01±94.14) pg/ml. There are significant defference in the two groups, P< 0.05.4. In the tenth day the serum concentration of VEGF in simple fructure and fructure complicated with TBI are (155.11±25.42) pg/ml and (210.63±24.63) pg/ml. There are significant defference in the two groups, P<0.05. In the tenth day the serum concentration of PDGF in simple fructure and fructure complicated with TBI are (346.99±92.91) pg/ml and (486.20±88.09) pg/ml. Also there are significant defference in the third day and the the tenth day, P<0.05.5. The serum concentration of VEGF and PDGF in patients are positively correlated with each other, r=0.885, P<0.05. Conclusion1. In simple fructure and fructure complicated with TBI the serum concentration of VEGF and PDGF in the tenth day are significant higher than in the third day. It is said VEGF and PDGF were continuously elevated after fructure to promot fracture healing.2.In fructure complicated with TBI group the serum concentration of VEGF and PDGF in the third day and the tenth day are significant higher than in simple fructure group. It is said VEGF and PDGF were continuously elevated after fructure to promot fracture healing.3. It is synergistic effect of the serum concentration of VEGF and PDGF in the process of fracture healing. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | fructure, TBI, VEGF, PDGF | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
