| The clinical data of an allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) patient who was diagnosed in our department was analyzed retrospectively, including case history, clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, management and curative effect. We summarized and analyzed the pathogenesis, pathology, clinical features, laboratory findings, management of ABPA so as to raise awareness of ABPA and to enable its early diagnosis and early treatment.
