Objetive: To analyze the clinical features, pathogenesis and status of diagnosis and treatment of ABPA patients with clinical cases and related research at home and abroad. The aim is to help enhance the clinician's diagnosis and treatment of ABPA.Methods: Two patients with ABPA who were diagnosed and had complete medical records in Hebei General Hospital were selected as subjects. At the same time,"allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, asthma, pulmonary fungal disease, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis" as the key words, using Wanfang database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Pubmed search platform for literature review.Conclusions:1.The diagnostic criteria of ABPA are not uniform, the clinical manifestations are not typical, easily missed, and easily misdiagnosed as asthma, pneumonia, lung cancer, bronchiectasis and other diseases.2.Hospitals that do not have the ability to complete the diagnostic criteria,if the patient presents with repeated asthma attacks, elevated total IgE,elevated blood eosinophils, and imaging for bronchiectasis, pulmonary migration infiltrates When performing,it is necessary to be alert to the possibility of ABPA.Feasible experimental treatment can prevent irreversible damage to the lungs at an early stage.3.Glucocorticoid is still the main means of treating ABPA.The role of antifungal drugs in ABPA can not be ignored, but the dose and course of treatment are uncertain. The utility of novel antifungal agents and immunosuppressive agents remains to be confirmed.
