In Vitro Study On The Influence Of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill On Blood Coagulation Function

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of compound Danshen dripping pill(DSP)on blood coagulation function and to investigate its possible mechanism.MethodsWe collected 10 normal plasma. Each hybrid plasma was compounded by double dilution method into containing DSP plasma with 8 different concentration of 27g/L,13.5g/L,6.75g/L 3.375g/L,1687.5mg/ml,844mg/ml,422mg/ml, Omg/ml Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),antithrombinâ…¢activity were measured. Results of each group containing DSP were compared and analyzed with the results of normal plasma without any DSP(Og/L).ResultsWhen the DSP concentration were 1687.5mg/ml,3.375g/L, 6.75g/L,13.5g/L,27g/L, compared with the control group (0g /L), the two groups was statistically significant difference in PT values. When the DSP concentration were 844mg/ml, 1687.5mg/ml,3.375g/L,6.75g/L,13.5g/L,27g/L, compared with the control group (Og/L),the two groups was statistically significant difference in APTT values. About the antithrombinâ…¢activity, the test group and control group difference was not statistically significant.ConclusionsCompound danshen dripping pill could prolong PT and APTT, and not affect the antithrombinâ…¢activity.
