The Influence Of Xuebijing Injection And Low Molecular Weight Heparin On Coagulation Function And Prognosis In The Patients With Severe Sepsis

Objective Compare the impact of xuebijing injection and low molecular weight heparin on coagulation function and prognosis in patients with severe sepsis, so as to guide the treatment of sepsis.Methods 89 patients with severe sepsis were followed and random divided into 3 groups, including 30 patients of xuebijing group (group A),28 patients of LMWH group (group B) and 31 patients of routine group (group C). The patients of group C received a series of remedies according to the guideline for severe sepsis. The patients of group A were treated with xuebijing injection combined with routine treatment. The patients of group B were treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with routine treatment. Coagulation related indicators and APACHEⅡscore and adverse reactions among three groups were analyzed before and after treatment respectively. The 28-day mortality was compared among three groups. All data were analyzed by using t-test, Analysis of Variance, q-test,χ2-test and rank sum test. The difference was statistically significant when P<0.05.Results①CDCompared with before treatment, all coagulation related indicators of group A improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01), while only part of the coagulation related indicators improved in the other two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Before treatment, there is no significantly difference among three groups in coagulation related indicators(P>0.05). After treatment, group A improved significantly than the other two groups in coagulation related indicators (P<0.05), while there is part of the coagulation related indicators improved when compared group B with group C(P<0.05).②Compared with before treatment, the APACHEⅡscore of group A and group B decreased after treatment (P<0.05). Before treatment, there is no significantly difference among three groups in APACHEⅡscore(P>0.05). After treatment, the APACHEⅡscore of group A and group B decreased significantly more than group C (P<0.05). But there is no significantly difference between group A and group B (P>0.05).③The 28-day mortality of group A and group B were less than group C (P<0.05).④We found no adverse reactions in xuebijing group within 7 days, two patients got petechial in LMWH group within 7 days, they were excluded because of unfinishing treatment.Conclusion Patients with severe sepsis can be therapied by improving coagulation function, xuebijing improve coagulation function more obviously than LMWH in patients with severe sepsis, while LMWH and xuebijing get the similar effect on improving prognosis.
