ObjectiveThis study simulated clinical application of extracted teeth using whitening technology, through scanning electron microscope, micro hardness measuring instrument, by means of spectroscopy to observe the in vitro whitening tooth dentin microhardness after the changes in the structure of the surface, Study the whitening treatment on the dentin surface morphology, composition, hardness, and provide experimental basis for clinical application.MethodsChoose Young peoples healthy caries-free premolars, this teeth nearly vertical sharing far as whitening in the two halves of the experimental group and control group, 35% concentration BEYOND whitening agents, 6% concentration BEYOND whitening agents, the traditional 30% hydrogen peroxide to be used .The sample of these three methods of whitening were using scanning electron microscopy, micro hardness measuring instrument, spectroscopy and other methods to observe and analyze. The data were analyzed with SPSS17.0 (P<0.05)was statistically significantResultsExperiment the experimental sample after the study, discovered that the whitening hardness of dentin had no effect. But can cause the surface roughness, showing a honeycomb demineralization performance. Statistical analysis showed that these four samples microhardness was no significant difference (p> 0.05), three different whitening agent group and negative control group of calcium, phosphorus content and Ca / P ratio of the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); two different concentrations of whitening agent group and the traditional groups of calcium and phosphorus content and Ca / P ratio was significantly (P <0.05); two concentration of whitening agents of different groups of calcium and phosphorus content and Ca / P ratio of the difference was no statistically significant (P> 0.05).ConclusionsThis experiment simulated clinical application of isolated teeth, scanning electron microscopy, micro hardness measuring instrument and the spectrometer after 3 different whitening dentin determined, the results showed that 35% concentration BEYOND whitening agents, 6% concentration BEYOND whitening agents, the traditional 30% hydrogen peroxide were not on dentin microhardness significant effect; 35% concentration BEYOND whitening agents, 6% concentration BEYOND whitening agents, the traditional 30% hydrogen peroxide could result in the dentin surface roughness, showing honeycomb-like performance and have some demineralization of calcium and phosphorus concentrations decreased; which is particularly serious changes in the traditional 30% hydrogen peroxide group. Whitening method at this stage, BEYOND whitening whitening is one of the best way.
