Objective: 1.To observe the influence of fluoride-removal material and combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique on the changes in surface morphology, the component and microhardness of enamel .2.To evaluate the clinic effect and safety of the fluoride-removal material and combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique. Methods: 1.Twenty-three freshly extracted human dental fluorosis were used in the experiment. The enamel morphology was imaged and analyzed using an scanning electron microscopy. The contain of calcium and phosphor of enamel was studied with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscope and the microhardness tester were used to measure the mcrohardness of the enamel. The changes in surface morphology, the component and microhardness of enamel in different groups were studied.2. The patients with dental fluorosis were treated with fluoride-removal material and fluoride-removal material and combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique, evaluated the change of tooth color by Vita shade guide matching, tooth sensitivity and gingival sensitivity. Results: 1.Environmental scanning electron microscopy: The surface porosity of enamel increased slightly and enamel liquated in some regions in the fluoride-removal material and combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique group. There was some minerals on the surface of remineralization group. There is no significant difference of datas of element content of calcium and phosphor between fluoride-removal material and combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique group(P>0.05);but remineralization group compared to untreated group ,the differences is significant(P<0.05). Compare the datas of dental enamel microhardness among groups, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).2. There was no difference between each team in resulting gingival sensitivity. 2 Patients experienced less tooth sensitivity in each team. The highly effective rate of fluoride-removal material and combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique group was higher significantly (X~2= 4.556 ,P<0.05).The cure rate of the two group without any significant difference (X~2=1.003,P>0.05) .Conclusion: 1.Fluoride-removal material and combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique treatment can result in rough surface of dental enamel. It can induce reduction of mineral element;remineralization can promot mineral deposition and has no obvious effect on enamel hardness.2. Beyond fluoride-removal material is proved to be an effective and safe method on bleaching staining dental fluorosis.
