| In this thesis, an optimization medical data transmission structure which composed of medical data acquisition devices, the gateway equipment, network, health care center is proposed in consider of the defect of the domestic home personal health information data acquisition system which use personal terminal as the Ethernet interface in medical data transmission, and a low power, small size, low cost, with Ethernet communication home personal health information storage and transmission systems due to the structure mentioned before is established.ATMEL ATmega128L, Wiznet Ethernet controller chip W5300 and a variety of serial interface is involved to implement the hardware of this personal health information storage and transmission gateway platform; Programmed on gateway platform and server due to a framework based on Socket; Implement of communication between hardware platform and the server based on TCP/IP protocol networkAt the end of the thesis, the system power consumption is calculated and the network transmission performance of the platform is tested by building a LAN including server and switch.
